Only 50 cases ever produced! Crisp, floral, and fruity, TriCal tastes like a $100 Chardonnay. This wine was made from the Thompson Vineyard plot which has a 9 year waiting list for their grapes. The Anti-Chard Chardonnay! Zero Malolactic Fermentation, zero oak contact. Aged in steel for 6 months.
