Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll get a confirmation email right away, and a separate email with tracking info once your order ships.
Shipping Times Because our products are sourced through our international supplier network, shipping takes a bit longer than you'd see from a local store:
- Standard international shipping: approximately 5–15 business days
- Some destinations or items may take up to 30 business days, especially during peak seasons or holidays or overseas products .
These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery time depends on your location and local customs processing.
Multiple Items, Multiple Packages Ordering more than one item? They may ship separately from different fulfillment centers and arrive on different days. That's normal — you'll get a tracking number for each shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in your order total. Check with your local customs office if you're unsure before ordering.
Tracking Your Order You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update after you first receive it.
Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we aren't responsible for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly, though we'll try to help redirect a shipment if it's caught before it ships.
Delays Shipments are occasionally delayed by customs processing, weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. We'll keep you posted if we're aware of a significant delay with your order.
