Track Order

You can follow your Gcona order at any time.

1. Use your tracking link

When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and a tracking link. Click the link to see the latest delivery status. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after you receive it. If your order ships in more than one package, you will get a tracking link for each package.

2. Check your order status page

Open the order confirmation email we sent you and click View your order, or sign in to your account, to see your order status and tracking.

3. Contact us

Can't find your tracking? Email gcona.official@gmail.com or call +1 (424) 505-8404 with your order number. We reply within 24–48 hours on business days.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–8 business days after processing. See our Shipping Policy.
