Lovely aromas and flavors of tropical fruit, citrus, spice and yeast. The fine, persistent mousse has a very fresh aroma and is lively and golden. This is a creamy, round, rich, balanced champagne with flavors of fresh apples and lemons and a lingering finish.

TASTING NOTES: 

Oyster shell, smoke and fleur de sel aromas lead on the nose of this mouthwatering Champagne, while the plush, creamy mousse carries flavors of poached quince, tangerine sorbet, candied ginger and brioche. Long and minerally on the well-cut and re- freshing finish. Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay.
