"This has a pale salmon color and aromas like those of Pinot Noir, including the walk-in-the-forest smell. Crisp cherry flavors lead to an intriguing mushroom note on the finish. Nearly dry, the texture is plush and soothing, while the finish is soft and lingering."

WINEMAKER'S NOTES:

We use Pinot Noir and Gamay lots that have a noticeable pink hue for the Brut Rose. We try to find lots that have generous strawberry and black cherry like flavors. The goal is to consistently produce a Rose that is flavorful, bright and aromatic.
