Gemma di Luna Prosecco DOC is a refreshing, flavorful sparkler crafter in the Extra Dry style from premium grapes grown in the hilly vineyards of Italy's famed Prosecco DOC region. The stand out flora bouquet leads to a perfect symphony of fruit, tingly acidity and subtle sweetness that is nicely savory and complex on the palate with a mineral finish. Delightful on its own an an apertivo and an ideal match to fruit-driven appetizers, prosciutto-warped melon, cured meats and mid-weight Asian dishes like Thai noodles sushi.
