J.M.Gobillard et Fils Grande Reserve Premier Cru Brut, Champagne, France (750ml)

WINEMAKER'S NOTES: 

This sparkling wine is vinified from the three Champagne grapes varieties. 30% of reserve wines (from previous year) are incorporated in the blending to obtain consistency. A minimum of thirty months ageing in cellar is necessary to develop this champagne. Its clear gold color distinguishes itself by fine bubbles. Powerful and elegant nose, the mouth is round, ample, silky, fruity and fine. A harmonious champagne.

Grapes varieties : 50% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier.

TASTING NOTES: 

This Champagne offers zesty white fruits, with ripe acidity and a well-balanced poise between the fruit and the texture. It is full in feel, with a light mineral tang.
