Aragosta Brut is a sparkling wine made from grapes of white grape varieties, processed by the Charmat method. Pale straw yellow color, fine and persistent perlage; it has an intense floral bouquet with bread crust fragrance, and a fresh flavor with a long and persistent finish. For the winery, this sparkling wine represents the coming together of old and new generations of winemakers, who together pursue a path of growth, continuity and recognition for the Aragosta line, a historic label in the Sardinian wine scene and beyond.
