Considered by some bartenders to be best in class, Hellfire Habanero Shrub Bitters are made with a classic vinegar-based shrub at the core. However, instead of making a fruit shrub, they've gone and made a Habanero pepper shrub, which is fortified with alcohol and concentrated, so it can be used as you would regular bitters. These will add a good burst of fiery heat to your cocktails without knocking the balance of your drink out of whack.
