WINEMAKER'S NOTES
The 2024 vintage is a quintessential expression of Napa Valley Chardonnay, showcasing bright citrus fruit character and a thirst-quenching quaffability. A shimmering pale golden hue, the nose opens with layers of preserved lemon peel, crisp orchard pear, and subtle mineral, accented by delicate baking spices and a hint of brioche pastry. Secondary notes of mandarin blossoms and magnolia offer floral intrigue and nuance. On the palate, lively acidity brings focus and energy, seamlessly balancing a luscious, round, and supple texture. Harmonious and beautifully crafted, this wine shows both vibrancy and poise. It is elegant and polished, leaving a deeply satisfying finish.
Pair with pan-seared scallops, Dungeness crab or lobster, roasted chicken and herbs, or butternut squash ravioli.
TASTING NOTES:
A classic Napa Valley chardonnay that’s everything you could ask for. Aromas of lemon confit, fresh sliced pears, wet slate, spices and pie crust. The palate is bright, with fine acidity cutting through a rounded and generous mouthfeel. Nicely constructed.
