WINEMAKER'S NOTES:
A delicately structured white wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the Loire Valley’s Sancerre region. It offers a refined balance of citrus and tree fruit notes, with lemon, grapefruit, green apple, and pear leading the aromatic profile. The wine is vinified in stainless steel without oak or malolactic fermentation, preserving its crisp acidity and natural elegance. On the palate, it reveals layers of minerality from the region’s diverse terroirs—Terres Blanches limestone, Caillottes chalk, and Silex flint—creating a clean, vibrant finish.
TASTING NOTES:
This is a beautiful Sancerre. Gently-bruised white peach, Pink Lady apple and lemon-zested bread aromas open on the nose. The creamy palate adds a touch of saline to orchard fruit that enlivens the finish.
