WINEMAKER'S NOTES:

The DAOU Reserve Rosé comes from a special selection of Grenache fruit crafted in the Provençale style, reflecting the French roots of brothers Georges and Daniel Daou. This 2024 Rosé belongs to our Reserve Collection, which features allocated wines from DAOU Mountain as well as top vineyards across the Paso Robles AVA. The best fruit from each site is reserved for special winemaking treatment, resulting in wines that display remarkable character and expression.

Light salmon hues anticipate enchanting aromas of jasmine, lime zest, passionfruit and pineapple with hints of creaminess. A delicate body is enveloped with fresh, summery flavors of raspberry, pineapple, orange, green apple, vanilla and star fruit. Crisp acidity brings lift to a long, mouthwatering finish.
