WINEMAKER'S NOTES: 

Vibrant scents of the Sonoma coast waft from the glass in expressions of Meyer lemon crème, white donut peach, and caramelized pineapple mixed with baked Gravenstein apples and butterscotch wrapped in brioche. The palate is rich with mouthfeel and a wet slate foundation that unfolds to ginger, yuzu, and nectarine that finishes with exuberant acidity and intriguing length. 

TASTING NOTES:

Plenty of sliced apples, flint, matchsticks and crushed stones. Medium- to full-bodied with excellent acidity and a tangy finish. Plenty of energy. Drink now.
