WINEMAKER'S NOTES:

Showing berry and cassis flavors, and bright acidity, this silky Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon comes with a dash of French elegance and just a touch of oak. The wine is a testament to its Argentine heritage and the French origin of the Bousquet family.

Pairs with lamb and red meat dishes. 

TASTING NOTES:

Touches of white pepper, dark olives, dark chocolate and blackberries. Fluid and medium-bodied on the palate, with some gritty tannins and a generous, medium-long finish. From organically grown grapes with Ecocert certification. Vegan.

The 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve Organic includes 15% Malbec from Tupungato, with 50% of the wine aged in oak barrels. It reveals currant and delicate cassis aromas with a sun-kissed touch. Dry and slightly clingy, the palate offers firm tannins and intense black fruit flavors-a Cabernet crafted from a warm vintage.
