WINEMAKER'S NOTES:

This dark garnet Cabernet Sauvignon has a complex bouquet of black currant, blackberry, and dark cherry fruit notes. Secondary aromas of cedar and tobacco emerge, along with subtle hints of dark chocolate, espresso and vanilla from oak aging. The palate is full-bodied with high tannins, with rich flavors of blackberry, black cherry and cassis.

TASTING NOTES: 

Coffee, dark chocolate and blackberries give a lot of flavor to this espresso-scented wine, while fine-grained tannins add to its rich mouthfeel. The wine offers excellent concentration and good structure that will help it age. Best from 2025–2032.
