The Ai Galli Pinot Grigio delle Venezie doc is Pinot Gris (Pinot Grigio) with a very strong personality. A bright, straw yellow colour, a wonderful aroma and an intense taste. Dry, full and harmonious. A very pleasant wine with an excellent price/quality ratio. The Ai Gali is good as an aperitif or with seafood salads and pasta dishes, fish and shellfish, meat and cooked fish.
