WINEMAKER'S NOTES: 

Ethereal, with balsamic sensations; elegant and long, with excellent structure. Pairs well with pheasant, pigeon, roast turkey, shin of veal, mature cheese.

TASTING NOTES: 

Restrained and savory with subtle notes of red berries, red spice, tea leaf and nutmeg. Medium-bodied, dry and lightly austere with dusty tannins. It has an old-school feel with an earthy touch, yet remains focused and tense. Drink or hold.

Pretty and floral, with lifted aromatics showcasing high-toned red cherry, wild strawberry, and fresh raspberry, accompanied by delicate rose petal and violet notes. The structure shows careful winemaking, with fine-grained tannins providing elegant support to the bright fruit core. A well-composed and graceful Barbaresco.
