WINEMAKER NOTES:

A complex bouquet combines floral (violet) and fruity (cherry, wild berries, plum) notes with spicy hints of tobacco and cloves, leading to an intense eucalyptus finish. A well-balanced palate with delicate tannins, vibrant Sangiovese acidity, and a persistent finish.

TASTING NOTES: 

The earthy, spicy nose pops with aromas of damp soil, pepper, graphite and black cherry. Tangy, tart berries define the palate, while a squeeze of citrus and abundant salinity create a bouncy texture. Acid sings overhead.
