The rich color suggests depth and concentration. Upon the first swirl, the nose is greeted with an enticing bouquet of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, and black currants. Notes of cassis and plum emerge, along with a subtle hint of violet. The aroma is layered and complex, offering a tantalizing preview of the wine’s depth. On the palate, this Cabernet Sauvignon showcases remarkable structure and balance. The 36 months of aging in new French oak barrels have contributed to a velvety texture and integrated tannins that provide a luxurious mouthfeel.
