2021 Gerard Bertrand 'Gris Blanc' Rose, IGP Pays d'Oc, France (750ml)

WINEMAKER'S NOTES:

A rosé with an original profile, of a very pale pink colour, with shades of grey and white. On the nose, the wine presents aromas of red berries. On the palate, a slight pearl gives the wine all its freshness and exalts the fruit. Elegant, the finish develops on a fresh and mineral note. To be discovered at 10-12°C as an aperitif with shellfish and crustaceans, Mediterranean salad. Asian dishes, baked fish and spicy and tasty dishes such as Thai curry, tajines.

TASTING NOTES:

This lively wine shows a beautiful pale pink color and generous red-cherry, raspberry and vanilla flavors on a medium body. It stands out because of its mouthwater minerality and marvelous concentration and depth of fruit.
