WINEMAKER'S NOTES:

Ruby red color typical of nebbiolo. Ripe red berries notes, jam, flowers and spices. Excellent harmony between the tannins and the alcohol content. Great taste olfactory persistence. Pair with: wild game, seasoned cheese, roasted meat

TASTING NOTES: 

Savory and dark-fruited aromas of chocolate and iron with a bloody edge. Medium- to full-bodied with dense, fleshy fruit and a tight, well-built structure. The chalky tannins and brisk acidity frame a tense, lingering finish. Drink or hold.
