The 2021 edition of the “Sustainable” Malbec is juicy ripe and full of redcurrant and raspberry fruit with excellent concentration and a nice touch of grainy tannin on the finish. Almost creamy in mouthfeel, the freshness and fruit make this a lovely party red with more than enough structure to handle cookout foods.
