DISTRIBUTOR'S NOTES:

Grapes are destemmed. Semi-carbonic fermentation with pumping over in 350 hl tanks with indigenous yeasts. Aged eight months before being lightly filtered and bottled with less than 3g of sulfur.

Fine tannins, ripe black fruit.
