WINEMAKER'S NOTES:

Brilliant straw yellow with lime-green highlights and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose displays notes of wild flowers with balanced intensity, fresh and elegant. Finishes with a pleasant fruitiness. True to the bouquet in its fruity notes of apples and pears, its balance is rounded off by its rich and fine taste. 

TASTING NOTES:

Apple and fresh lime on the nose with chalky mineral that turns to nice fresh-cream flavor on the palate. Tight and dry with a relaxed fizz. Pleasant, lime-cream finish.
