Loaded with aromas of black fruit, cured meat, ripe cherry, spice, vanilla bean and moist pipe tobacco, this beautiful Brunello would pair with mesquite grilled steak or pork roll stuffed with chopped rosemary.

TASTING NOTES:

The nose is a first date in the '60s, drinking cherry cola and vanilla smoothies and trying not to spill on new leather car seats. The indulgent palate deepens into a more mature blend of orange and dark chocolate, with strident tannins and bustling acid creating a hot, peppery undertone.

This has a pretty nose of peaches, plum stones, sandalwood, orange zest and white truffles. Fresh, fine and elegant, with a medium body and tight-grained tannins. Delicious peach and hints of vanilla at the end. Approachable already. Drink or hold.
