Here is a biodynamic young Grenache made for drinking, not thinking. Vigneronne Marine Roussel picks the fruit early and treats it gently for minimal extraction and maximal quaff factor—in this case, dangerously high. The reasonable alcohol and juicy, spice-tinged fruit mean you should serve it slightly chilled, any time of day. The name, “L ’O" is a play on words with the French word for water — l’eau. As vigneron Marine puts it, “this wine drinks as easily as a glass of water.”
