WINEMAKER'S NOTES:

This chardonnay was produced entirely from the original section of Oliver's Vineyard planted in 1991 and named for Talley Farms founder Oliver Talley. Light straw in color with aromas of bright tropical fruit, the Oliver's Vineyard Chardonnay is a beautiful expression of the Edna Valley. Subtle hints of pineapple, refreshing acidity, and earth notes result in a wine of elegance and clarity.

With an expansive finish, this wine pairs wonderfully with lobster ravioli or seared mahi-mahi.
