NV Jeio by Bisol Superior Prosecco, Italy (750ml)

WINEMAKER'S NOTES:

The Jeio Prosecco Superiore NV has bright aromas of fresh green apple, with notes of citrus fruit, peach, apricot, and banana. White flowers and vegetal notes of freshly cut grass complement the spicy finish. Dry with a consistent body, this wine is elegant, fresh, and crispy, but not light.

TASTING NOTES:

Creamy, racy and fun, this offers inviting aromas of green apple, wisteria and aromatic herb. The vibrant palate delivers Bartlett ear, citrus and thyme accompanied by an elegant, continuous mousse. It has a crisp, dry close.

A fresh, lively Prosecco with aromas and flavors of fresh pineapple and creamy minerals. Abundant fizz, which neutralizes the palate for a second or two, before the balanced fruit and minerals return. Salty aftertaste. A little jagged, but pleasant. Drink now.
