DISTILLER'S NOTES:

Opens with a crisp burst of rye spice and dried fruit. Subtle hints of mint and wild honey drift in, followed by layers of dark cocoa and soft oak. With a bit of air, notes of clove and fig gently rise.

The initial entry offers an unexpected sweet profile but Kentucky proud rye spices prevail, with cinnamon and oclve playing equal roles. Flavors of dark chocolate and toffee come forward, balanced by a refreshing note of mint . Spice returns at the mid-palate, accented by a bright lift of citrus zest.

Medium and graceful. Herbal tones and gentle sweetness unfold slowly, leaving a warm, lasting impression, carrying the flavors through with clarity and structure.
